Return & Refund Policy

At Fox Forge Toys, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. We understand that occasionally things don’t go perfectly, and we’re here to support you through the return process.

Return Window

You may request a return within 10 days of delivery, beginning on the date your carrier marks the order as delivered. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to initiate a return.

Unopened Items

If your item is still unopened and in its original condition, you are welcome to return it within the 10-day window. Please ensure that the original packaging, tapes, and seals are intact. Returns of items that appear to have been opened or tampered with may not be eligible for a refund.

Opened Items, Damage & Defects

We know that sometimes issues happen even after opening an item:

If your product arrives damaged during transit, please reach out within the return window so we can help. We may ask for photos and details to expedite the process.

For opened items that are defective or damaged, we’ll happily consider a return or replacement if reported within 10 days. Please include photos and a brief description when contacting us.

Minor Cosmetic & Assembly Variations: In rare cases, small glued components may separate due to factory adhesive not fully bonding during production. These situations are typically cosmetic and can be easily repaired using a small amount of model-grade glue.

Minor paint variations or minor cosmetic packaging blemishes typically do not qualify for returns, as these can occur during manufacturing and shipping.

Note: We evaluate all damage and defect claims carefully to ensure fair resolution. If approved, replacements are issued for specific defective components (e.g., an accessory), not necessarily the entire product or a partial refund.

How to Return an Item

All returns must be approved by a Fox Forge Toys team member before being shipped back. Please contact us via our contact form with your order number to start the process. Returns shipped without approval cannot be processed.

Once approved:

Domestic returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are packed securely.

International returns: We offer store credit equivalent to reasonable return shipping costs; customers pay actual return shipping fees.

Please do not place the return shipping label directly on the product packaging — this can affect refund eligibility.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds are generally processed:

Credit Cards: 3–5 business days

PayPal: Depending on your original payment source

Store Credit: Available immediately
